FAQs can be added to your booking pages and are really useful for your customers to get quick answers to questions they may have regarding the booking process. They can be defined per product or shown for all products. They are shown at the bottom of stage 1 (booking page) and 2 (basket page).

How to Add an FAQ

  1. Go to Settings > Booking Pages > FAQ Item
  2. Click "Add FAQ Item"
  3. Enter your question and answer in the corresponding fields
  4. Set the sequence which is the display order
  5. Select Default if you want the FAQ to show on all products otherwise select the product(s) from the Product tab
  6. Click Save
